Woman's Missionary Union is for all adult women and meets the Wednesday after the first Sunday of each month at 7:00 pm. Since its beginning in 1888, WMU has become the largest Protestant
missions organization for women in the world, with a membership of
approximately 1 million.
WMU's main purpose is to educate and involve adults, youth, children, and preschoolers in the cause of Christian missions.
The Missions Focus of Woman’s Missionary Union:
- Pray for and give to missions.
- Do missions.
- Learn about missions.
- Develop spiritually toward a missions lifestyle.
- Participate in the work of the church and denomination.
